Founded in 2006 by a biotech entrepreneur, Startup-Organizer has assisted more than a dozen high tech startup projects from their very first steps, providing expert guidance in writing prize-winning business plans, securing high level public grants and VC funding, defining and implementing business models, analyzing and developing patent portfolios, negotiating license and distribution agreements and many more tasks founders find themselves faced with.
Philosophy
My coaching concept is to concentrate on a limited number of outstanding projects with great potential at an early stage of development (mostly before the projects have received funding). I’m usually not just an external adviser but rather part of the team, sometimes even taking over operational responsibilities in the companies I helped to start up. As a co-founder, I can put in maximum effort without overly straining the available budgets.
As of 2008, I’m accredited as a startup coach at the High Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF). In addition, I have been working as a juror for the Münchner Businessplan-Wettbewerb (MBPW) and start2grow.
